NTC Thermistor
A negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor changes resistance inversely in response to temperature. Because microcontrollers are only capable of measuring voltage, we will have to use a pullup resistor, implementing the voltage divider theory.
The resulting voltage of “To MCU” is:
The result is the voltage increases as temperature decreases based on the characterization graph. All the sensors we sell come with a 20 point characterization, along with a easily importable .inc file for tinyEFI.
